Seeing the human experience through written and visual encounters expands the conned nature of the classroom and beyond. Our Benedictine heritage compels us to understand, to respect the viewpoints of others, and to adhere to standards of excellence in thinking and communications. Learning to listen well and respond deeply to other and the world is a prerequisite for growing in wisdom that requires courage and perseverance.

CURRICULUM EXPECTATIONS:
Scholars must maintain a 95% weighted GPA and be enrolled in a minimum of four courses at the Honors or AP level during the school year. Saint Anselm Scholars are required to take a Fine Arts course and two AP Classes in the disciplines before graduation.
Saint Anselm (1033-1109) was a Benedictine monk, Christian philosopher, and scholar who is recognized for many intellectual accomplishments, including his application of reason in exploring the mysteries of faith and for his definition of the theology as "faith seeking understanding". As a Doctor of the Church, Saint Anselm's thinking and writing about the nature of faith and of God calls our scholars to seek out His continuing inspiration in the Humanities and Arts.
