Hockey Club

Mission Statement: The mission of the Club is to provide a highly competitive varsity hockey program for Benet Academy students, as well as to provide a supporting junior varsity program. The Club embraces our Benedictine tradition and proudly represents Benet Academy both on and off the ice. The Club encourages the ideal of the student/athlete and strongly supports each student’s pursuit of academic excellence. The Club asserts moral and ethical behavior, inspires the spirit of teamwork and sportsmanship, and affirms respect for all members of our

community.

Club Description: Provide opportunities for male and female student-athletes to participate at both a Junior Varsity and Varsity level of ice hockey. The club skates out of Seven Bridges Ice Arena for practices and games and receives off ice strength and conditioning training at Benet Academy. 

Meeting Time and Location: Varies, but each team receives 3 hours of practice time each week and up to 55 games per season.
