Human Rights Club

Mission Statement: To educate the Benet community on human rights issues through presentations and provide an opportunity to act on human rights issues through letter campaigns and other charity events.

Club Description: The Human Rights Club is dedicated to promoting justice, equality, and awareness of pressing human rights issues. Each month, we explore current topics through engaging presentations, fostering meaningful discussions within our school community. Our initiatives include organizing letter-writing campaigns to government officials and charity organizations to advocate for change. We also provide school-wide service opportunities and actively collaborate with other clubs to maximize our impact. Join us in taking action and making a difference.

Meeting Time and Location: Bi-weekly meetings — every other Friday at 7:20 in Mr. Corrigan’s room (B305)
