The primary purpose of our program is to encourage and inspire students in the pursuit of obtaining knowledge to achieve healthy living and wellness throughout their lives. Our approach includes daily heart rate monitoring as well as a focus on the physical benefits of moderate to vigorous physical activity. Each level in our program provides the student with exposure to activities that can enhance his or her personal well-being. The program scope ranges from CPR Certification to wellness as well as health education, team and individual sports. Our teachers use current technology to provide students with the best data possible.
